Menu cost analysis for à la carte menus

Once you have created your menus, added courses and selected the dishes for each course you can begin to analyse the cost and profitability of your à la carte menu.

 

The following fields in the menu content grid can be edited for this purpose:

 

Sales

Sell Price

GP%

Waste %
