StarChef.NET menus are built using the dishes stored within the StarChef.NET database. StarChef.NET supports the creation of two menu types; à la carte and buffet menus.
Menus can be created to represent the content of a restaurant menu or collated for analytical purposes only. The cost price of each dish is used to calculate the overall menu cost and GP%.
To access menus in StarChef.NET click on the Menus tab.
To allow for easier editing StarChef.NET hides the Search pane and Results Pane normally located on the left of the screen and increases the width of the Data area. To view the Search and Results panes click the Show Search button.
To expand the data area and hide the Search and Results panes click the Full Width button.
